My name is Jap, I am a people pleaser and problem solver. I consider myself a professional website manager, as I have a lot of free time these days so I can make sure everything is in place in your website often. If you have a brand new enjin website (or anykind for that manner) that is for your minecraft server aswell as ones that have been around for a while and are a little hectic in need of help, I can help manage applications, forum posts, rules, answering help questions, responding to reports, et cetera.
I will not accept any applications of any kind without consoling with the server owners, website owners/devs/admins and anyone that has permission to accept them
I understand that admins' say is final, and I will not get in the way of other staff's work, I am here purely to contribute and keep watch on things. I will contribute to suggestions that I think would help me do my job as a website manager.
What I mean by "Website Manager": Website manager, admin, forums manager, forums moderator, whatever you call it, the title is not important to me. I will leave that part up to you. I will require the ability to edit forums, execute website demands that have been confirmed by higher ups (aka I will be the one to deny a application or any important measures that I have been granted permission to do so by the owners or any staff above me. Any questions about this just ask me.
A little about me: I prefer to write in italic, simply because my eyes cannot see it very well. I have experience with governing not only online communities and forums, but minecraft servers aswell. I am a serious person at heart, though I have a fun and chill side to me. I am not easily triggered. I care about other's opinions about me though, I believe in changing to strengthen relationships, rather then trying argue about how I act. I am very trustworthy and loyal. I don't respond well to racism nor homophobia or transphobia of any kind. I do not overreact, however I will not have any respect for the people who disrespect others because of their looks or preferences. I am very friendly so do not be intimidated if I act like a robot. I like to be firm. I like to be practical. And I like to be fair.
