Why not 128 tick CS servers?
If you're referring to offer CSS servers that could be a possibility depending on demand. If you're regarding our current offer for the CSGO servers, We do offer 128tick as an upgrade option through either our points system which is gained through forum activity or the second option is through our payment method.
At the moment we have 2-3 staff members who are able manage the current demand, If your questions were in regards to current hiring, we are not actively looking for further staff at this current time.
Apologies for the very delayed response, regarding your questions;
1. What platform do you use (Ptero, multicraft, etc)?
We have been using Wisp ( wisp.GG ) since before it was publicly released, We've had great response from users who love the panel.
2. What is the security, has there been any past breaches?
Wisp is hosted on their end, Any data associated with wisp is hosted on their end however the information required is very little. On our end we utilise WHMCS which is the preferred & well known billing system as we would not trust any other billing system due to it's robust security.
3. How do you maintain this? Do you run on a server.pro type business model or something else?
FreeServers.GG is a side 'business' which is supported by my other project & personal funding. We've been operating for just over a year now self funded. We simply run the business to allow others to easily deploy a server & play with friends, no hidden catch. We will be implementing additional features down the track as we expand.
Hello, We do offer 128tick servers as a paid upgrade due to it using more resources then standard. We currently only two staff working on FreeServers.

While I applaud you guys for doing a great job with the quote "Free Servers" if you create an account you'll notice it's just a coin based system.
It costs 350 coins per month to keep a server up and to purchase 300 coins it costs $5. Basically this is just a 1GB server that costs $5/month to host with a 10 day free trial (provided by the 100 coins they give you for linking your discord).
* You can only buy coins in 300s, so after the second month you'll be forced to spend $10 instead of $5 due to it costing 350 tokens per month, not 300.
3/10 - Unique business method but overly priced servers and only let you host a 1GB server, nothing more. Kind of also annoyed that they're heavy on the:

We're offering free servers, No hidden catches, If you took the time to simply ask a question or did a little bit more research you'd be more aware, however We're currently finishing our discord bot that will allow you to earn tokens for free, Simply by inviting members, Playing mini games, etc However until that is release users can simply request credits & they will be granted, There is no requirement for payment to ever be made.
Next time please ask before jumping to your own conclusion, As I'm sure you don't appreciate others making up random comments.

That's not considered a hidden fee as it is not mandatory for anyone to purchase those credits to keep there server operating, as explained above. Please school yourself in what a 'hidden fee' really is.
However, Goodluck in your own venture on selling 'Dirt Cheap' Minecraft servers, let's hope you put more effort into that then you do on research.
