Ok I just read 2 of your posts, and I have to give you some advice. Firstly, you have a VERY VERY VERY low chance of getting a builder that does jobs for free here. You have an even less chance of finding what you want if you don't even understand the basic principles of english grammar, it makes you look very young (no offence if you are). Lastly you should give an example of what your builder(s) will need to do, or what skills they require to do them (terraforming, detailing, structuring etc.)
