I made a thread previously about some free builds and it was a great success! I was even let on a build team!

To gain some more rep, I've made a simple yet elegant HCF spawn

Its 100x100 with basic features

This is a great place to start for people who are just starting a server and are looking for a good quality spawn. Though not the most exclusive spawn, it certainly gets the job done

Sir, you can easily just edit the logs and or make your own, it's really simple. Anyone really could just do it.
