Hello, I am Jack and I own Shockout.host.

We offer lightning fast Minecraft and Web Hosting.

Currently, we are not open. One of the reasons is because we don't have a proper logo to use. If anybody would be willing to make a free one for us in return for rep/vouch etc, please message me on Discord

Because rep was just used as an example. If whoever was to deal with the user wanted to, they could tell them directly that using rep and payment isn't allowed. But in the meantime, the user offered also a vouch and ETC. meaning that it was not necessarily always going to be a +rep.
Furthermore, instead of telling the user that they broke the rules on their thread, you could directly PM them instead of in some terms, trashing the thread.

I've seen it all now A host that needs a free logo? Most people who look to buy from a new host will research it hard and if they find this post lol..............Plus you need a pro logo not a free one.

If you read my message, you'd understand that I said you should PM the OP in order to contact them. Instead of ultimately, trashing their thread.
