Yeah but PayPal will find you if you 'ditch the old one'... they always do and always have, there's no circumventing it. It's very difficult to commit fraud on PayPal.

Not really. I have had several paypals locked and managed to evade them. Ive had this paypal im using for like 5 months. And also I use my grandmas from time to time
