Just finished, sorry if it isnt very good, Ive never done a neon effect in photoshop before (usually using illustrator) so this was something new for me.

Sorry ahah I might not be able to do this until next week, this is due to me not having my programs until then (illustrator and the other adobe CC programs) As my yearly CC student has ran out of its licensce, and Im currently waiting for a bank transfer off school for £190 so I can rebuy it.
