In every place you were a staff manager at, it got closed, sounds a bit sketchy. could you provide proof?

If you have such a huge portfolio and been staff on so many servers, why are you only charging $5?

The same for getting a staff manager who's probably managing people who are older then him on a server with 250+ users...

I can provide proof for most of the servers I have worked on. Answering to your next question, I got demoted because of inactivity. At that time, I messaged my mentor that I am seriously thinking about quitting Minecraft, all he said was 'Okay'. After a few staff members noticing me and my friend being inactive, they messaged the global staff manager and he demoted us with no further questions.
Why am I charging 5$/week?
Simply, I think many others charge alot more than they should. I put 5$ because I want to charge for a reasonable price, no matter how good I am.
Answer to your last question: I started UnitedPvP as a 12 year old guy, thinking about 20-30 playerbase. I hired some admins, co-owners that helped with funding and stuff. Our Builders had lots of popular Serbian youtubers back then. We hit 230-250 playerbase with 4-6 youtubers streaming at that moment.

As I am still kinda young, if they have a problem with it rip their chances. As simple as that. If they genuinely have an issue with me because I'm younger than them they can leave, I'm not gonna have an egotistical person on my staff team.
However, it does seem like you are a server hopper. I may be wrong, but how many years have you been managing servers? How many days, weeks, months etc were you staff on each server?

I know it's kinda weird that a 12yr old (now 14) guy can manage a server with 250 playerbasr.
At the time, I'm managing/moderating/staffing for more than 4 years. But, I haven't listed my oldest experiences as they had like 5 playerbase which I find pretty useless to put.
I can provide from what month and year I started on each server and so as when I resigned/got demoted or either server shutted down. I'll do that when I'm back home.
