Not going to completely trash the service you are offering, but the server you are currently owner for, which you claim to have 200+ players has currently 0 players online, you are also using a premade server setup which still isn't up to high standard with holograms not being centered, misplaced symbols, out of date plugin messages when logging in and not the best spelling ("comming" is repeated throughout the server.) and then to top it off, you can't even connect to the main gamemode skyblock.

I believe you need to be very honest with yourself and others when it comes to stating your skills and being clean with your server's statistics. You have 200+ discord members, and 0 players. I don't think you are in any way ready to offer a paid service and you definitely have a lot to learn, this is due to the quality you are presenting with your own work. But of course, this is only my opinion and I hope the best for you.[/QUOTE

Upon talking with Neb, he has adjusted to some of my suggestions (which he did not need to do), and explained the situation with the server that he was the owner on, he explained how he joined only a week ago. The quality of that server and the things stated by me about the quality of the server should not reflect his service, wish you the best as always!

Vouch, great manager & very friendly individual! I've already commented when nebula firstly joined the forums but this is an updated review, as I've seen the user in action & have worked with them since then. They are very competent, responsive & overall a pleasure to work with, have done team assigned work with them as well! One great manager, one of the most underrated of this market. Good luck finding work my guy, truly deserve some!

I’m so grateful for your kind words, I’m going to be honest I am still relatively new to MCM but so far I am loving it and I am grateful for you to take the time to comment on my thread! It is greatly appreciated! Of course the feeling is completely mutual and Eclipse is a VERY competent manager and he is responsible for giving me feedback when I made my management post which really helped me out so I owe a lot to Eclipse and once again I thank you for this vouch!

UPDATE - Unfortunately I am working on too many servers for me to dedicate time to another one (3 servers) excluding my own server which I am working on A LOT - AntheiaMC. This counts for FREE and PAID services. Thank you. I will update everyone as soon as one of my server slots are free.

What exactly do you do as an discord manager?

Well, you help setup the discord, create roles, add bots, set permissions up and moderating commands etc.

That's more like discord developing though, I thought you it would be something like doing events, engaging community etc. If its only setuping the discord, I would recommend to change discord management to discord developing for less confusion.
