I'm offering free introduction lessons to Java. If you don't know the basics of Java then I will help you! Since I've finished my first year of Software Engineering at college and achieved the highest grades possible, I have a tone of spare time. Because some of my college units covered Java I will be able to teach you the basics that my classmates learned on a real college course.

  • Speak English and have a microphone.
  • Have a Skype account.
  • An interest in starting to learn Java. (if you already know Java then there is no point in taking part because I'm showing the basics to people who don't know anything).
  • The will to complete tasks that I set you.
(We will be in a private Skype call)
  • I will give you examples and ask you to change stuff.
  • I will ask you to use examples to create your own code.
  • I will ask you a series of questions.
  • I will give you a starter assignment like task to complete (This will involve making little programs).
  • Netbeans IDE.
  • Global & Local Variables alongside Data Types.
  • Functions & Procedures.
  • Selections.
  • Iterations.
  • Programming Libraries.
