Vouch for James - He is currently working with us here at OptNode, he's a great Support Operator. Would highly recommend him to anyone.


We're not against people being employed elsewhere, just as long as they can answer LiveChats, Support Tickets etc. we're happy. If they are unable to do this, then there is a problem.

James is a nice guy, I haven't seen him really active though on the server/communities I have worked with him on. I have nothing against him, from what I know he is a great guy and has a well built resume. I also have not given him much to do, but he has also never asked. Just saying he might be in a lot of places at once. I still vouch though.
