How can you also guarantee that you will be able to provide this with out an overload, on the reseller plan you currently have. There’s quite a few people on mcm, who have done this idea. And have shutdown within 2-4 months. That’s been happening quite a bit recently.

If you read their thread again their selling the extra space in their reseller they have for their personal sites .

Hey, thanks for your concern, I can totally agree that it won't last for a 'lifetime' but nevertheless, I will try to keep it up for as long as I can. And as for what Severingcastle8 said above, I'm offering these to consume some unused space and I have an effective TOS for the service so you can rest assured that there will be no overload, and also, I also use these hosting for my personal sites & projects and I've found reseller hosting a sustainable solution for hosting multiple sites. I don't plan to bring the projects & sites down so you can rest assured that it won't shut down quickly.
