Introduction:​

Hello, my name is Grant, also known as LoadingYourName. I'm currently 14 years of age, beginning to start high school in September. I've been playing Minecraft for 4 years now; 2 of which I have been involved in server moderation, management, administration, and development. I've learned many things over the years, such as how to manage staff teams, how to configure plugins, how to run and operate a server, and loads more.

Why should you choose a random 14-year-old?​

Regardless of my age, I believe that I am still a mature and professional person. I have an exceptional amount of experience in managing staff teams. I put in an amazing amount of effort, quality, professionalism, and dedication that is needed for your staff team to be managed appropriately. I can be in-game 4+ hours a day, and assist in discord 6+ hours a day.
