Well, you're looking for a Hypixel-esque plugin, you want it fast (you posted 25 minutes after your first post), and you also want it free. Have you tried Googling to find one?

Yes, people told me it was custom coded. It is for a setup I am doing, and I found that MysteryBoxes is the closest I will get to it.

Then your best bet is to go with MysteryBoxes, I'm guessing. All of Hypixel's stuff is custom coded, there are sometimes replicas online, but if you've been unable to find one then whatever you've found will likely be your best bet.
