I hope you understand the fact that you aren't obligated to give him rep and vouch. That's not allowed. Read over the rules. I get that it's a VC, but you can't force/ask someone to do it.

It’s not forcing, if someone is content enough with my service I’ll ask to leave a review on my work. It’s not a 100% necessary term, so I’m not breaking any rules
