What can you bring by becoming manager/admin on my server?
This is seriously a personal view, I've had many staff roles in big communities you may have heard of such as Opcraft, ItsJerryandHarry, and Omegarealm. I retired on all of them on good terms and respect their communities after retirement. I can bring a serious staff team and experiences that can help newer staff members to understand hackers and what's okay in chat and what isn't by normal standers. I know how communities should be operated to be more appealing for player bases as I said being a staff on a big network can open your eyes to seeing those small things normally you wouldn't see.
I spot flaws eastly and try to fix it with my powers with the owner's or founders whatever you name the highest role on your server/network, but keep in mind, I'm not afraid of stating my honest opinion on things, I'm honest about everything I do and never lie about it either. I can spot lies easily and understand people well too both online and in real life as I've been working with social behavior for a couple of weeks in college then part job too, so I can bring a smart brain into the case.
I can help make the team also know when to joke and not joke, as I'm honestly often not joking but honest so it'd help if staff knew when to be serious and not. There's where I come in the image. I have studied a lot of community's and their staff and I got a pretty good idea how we the team should work.
I do all tasks asked by the owner liking it or not, I follow my orders strictly and try to not fight against it if I don't see it being fully unfair and not correct for any player's or staff treatment on both the team and not.
I'm known to both enjin and xenforo websites, so I can help on both sides of it is required as I used to make community's myself but now I rather help other's as it's fun and I love to help everyone I can. I don't own myself a server or network cause I'm not a good owner material honestly but I'm a better fit for a manager/admin role.
How big are these networks your speaking about?
It depends on what day but I'll somewhat of a player-base we had when I was in duties.
Opcraft: 100-200
ItsJerryandHarry: 200-300
Omegarealm: 100-150
EnchantedMC: 20-40
ArtificialMC: Not released yet.
CobraPvP: Not released yet.
RedPvP: Not released yet.
Some of these aren't that "high" as people say but these numbers have changed after my retirement some got lower and some got higher, that's how servers go.

How many hours do you work each day?
It depends on what day but if we say a week it'd be around 15 or not more hours per week, but these are scattered around due to me having a job in real life and college at the same time, but I'll always be on discord if someone needs help.
