Hello, my name is dyedye and I'm a professional manager. I'm 17 years old and I'm currently employed at Tim Hortans © in Canada. I realize I'm doing my management for free, this doesn't mean that I will be doing a bad job. I've just decided to do management for free instead of charging. If you contact me asking me to sign any type of NDA it will not happen as I've been scammed multiple times.

I'm offering staff management and community management. I mostly work in staff management because I'm a person that enjoys valuating others and rating work. I'm an AP English student, I'm a very strong at typing as I do it almost everyday of my life.

I'm available to make staff guide documents with strict rules, this is one of my strongest assets I'm able to bring to a team.

One of my personal favorites is my points and strikes system, I've told other servers about it such as; VarentPvP, ZokuMC and Arkham Network. A few of these servers still use it, and the others have went under new management that don't like it as much.

When being a community manager, I offer; events, open mic nights, document creation, rule creation ect...

Should include way more detail, add in some experience if any, and try to clean up the document. Maybe invest in a thread design too as it shows you're dedicated rather than throwing words on a blank page.
