Hey there, I'm Airo and I'm looking to gain some experience in server management on small, startup servers. I am offering my skills in staff management, having owned two servers in the past, and one currently. I can create staff guidelines, advertise for, recruit, promote and demote staff members where necessary, and compile rules. If you need someone to do this job efficiently, I'm your guy.
