FREE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHY AM I OFFERING THESE SERVICES FOR FREE?
First and foremost, I want to gain more experience and knowledge from this particular position. Although I may have had quite a number of experiences already, I feel I still have a lot to learn and would like to gain more knowledge as well as improve / learn new skills
Secondly, Management is a very important aspect in all types servers, businesses, anything really. However, Free good management services are hard to come by to and therefore I would dedicate my time to work for you for free to lend a helping hand. This way we both benefit from this, you get a good management and I gain more experience.
Last but definitely not the least, I love helping out new upcoming servers that have a lot of potential but do not have the money to hire a proper management team/staff. Instead of using money to hire a manager, I could help them for free and in turn they could use the money to improve another aspect of their server, hopefully attracting more players etc.

most managers you find have all the basic skills, organisation, planning, helpful inputs, moderation etc. However , I am a professional graphic designer as well as motion graphics editor as well and I am willing to create free designs/videos for you as I want to help you all I can to make your server a huge success. Building
Yes I build as well! I have been building for the past few years and minecraft has really allowed me to think out of the box and boost my creativity. I would love to not only help you with the basic duties as a manager but also assist the builders if needed in building spawns, etc. I have quite a good knowledge of terraforms , structures and know the world edit commands pretty well. I will also be able to guide builders who are unfamiliar with world edit.
HOW WILL MY MANAGEMENT SKILLS HELP YOUR SERVER?
Firstly, Organisation. If not already done, I will allocate staff into different groups with different responsibilities so that everyone has a job to play and we can get things done more efficiently. Instead of just randomly assigning people, I will observer and take time to get to know each and every one of your staff to know what job fits them best. A Spreadsheet will then be created so that it makes it more convenient when checking up on the various projects assigned to staff. I also plan out everything onto a calendar so we can get on track and not waste time.
What else? Communication! Communication is a very important aspect when it comes to managing. The way we communicate with staff as well as players/clients is very important. We have to always remember no matter if we are higher or lower in rank everyone deserves basic respect and courtesy. I’m very outgoing and friendly. To ensure that our staff team is well bonded, I will get to know each and every one individually to know their needs, goals and aspirations. I will also organise monthly staff events to increase the bond between staff members. After all we are a team and we need to stick together!
If a player needs help? They need not worry! I am very approachable and am always on the lookout to help! Players can come up and ask me if in need of help and if I am in a middle of a game I will drop everything to assist them. As they always say, the customer is always right and no matter how they treat me, I will never flare up at them but always speak politely and try to feed their needs.
