SaberPvP never hit over 200 players. You also took building for couple days after half the staff team left, and they never had a SOTW after that, I can also get this confirmed by Payless a retired owner of Saber.

Completely fault accusations! First off, I resigned from your server after seeing how unprofessional your ownership was. Second, when did I ever DDoS anyone on your server? You have accused me of this before right after I resigned and I have yet to see a single shred of evidence. Third, managing forums, assisted staff management, and setting up events was all in my job description.

Your continued arguing and failure to resolve conflicts yourself suggests a highly immature and difficult individual. As a former staff manager, I can assure you that Owners and Managers are looking for the exact opposite of you, and I would highly suggest you amend this before you try offering your services again. I can gaurantee you that Owners are looking at your thread, seeing you arguing with others, and instantly finding a newer, more qualified candidate to fill their positions. Furthermore, you have multiple DDoS accusations on you, which is extremely degrading to your name and is an instant turnaway for most managers looking to hire.

You put 'Mature' as a quality you hold, and you contradicted yourself by arguing in this very thread. You must learn conflict resolution before you're ready to begin professionally managing people's servers.

Also, Blockode Network isn't very critical of who they hire as a Builder nor does your building skill have anything to do with the topic of the thread, your Management services. That experience is irrelevant, for the most part.
