I have had multiple experiences on different types of servers so I have a good feel on different community’s
Atroxium(co-owner)
Ravinity admin
Globecraft mod
Dextiry mod
Timeless mc sr admin
Leafycraft dev

I can be active on the Minecraft server about 2 to 5 hours a day an average of 20 to 30 hours a week and I am on Discord about 16 hours a day so I am always there to help people and check up on the server

I am very good with dealing with communities and being involved in my past experiences have taught me how to handle situations and not make them get worse. The time and effort that I can put into the server is up so another strength that I have which is very important. In the most important of all is communication that is one of my biggest strengths

What I can do:
I’m 16
What I do is moderate the server and keep it clean from hackers and stuff
I also get involved with the community and also set up events for everyone to do to win in game rewards
I also help staff with problems that they can’t solve or if they need help
I also make sure staff is doing there job
I can also advertise and and hire staff if needed

Hey, I really suggest getting a thread design none of this looks appealing.

it looks good imo, much better than most people who don't have a thread design at least. Also why thread trash man? he's offering free services and you're telling him to get a thread design when he doesn't really need one even? sure thread designs look nicer but come on he's offering a free service and it's all readable

yeah but even with or without asking for payment. sure looking nice is an idea but as long as it looks professional and is understandable why bother with some design. As a staff manager i would look that fast on how fancy it would look but more on what he types in it.

This doesn't help out your service by downing what other people are doing. I have seen your offer and I think it looks really nice, but it isn't a good stratgey to go around and degrade and look for stuff that people didn't do that you did. Not everyone has the same talents as you.
