My name is Mason and I'm a 14 year old entrepreneur and server/project and YouTuber manager. In my free time I enjoy studying and learning new topics related to my interests, and managing Minecraft servers/projects and even YouTubers.

Minecraft Factions Server [2017]

I started off my staffing experience on a small factions server named ArmonicPvP. The server was doing very well with an average of 50-100 players online daily at the time, and I learned many off the skills of staffing through this experience. I ended up resigning from ArmonicPvP due to losing interest in staffing on the server.

Two years after being staff on ArmonicPvP, I decided to apply for a small HCF network named ZaneHQ. The server was doing pretty good for a new and small network, with around 30-40 players online on average. From this experience I started to learn some management skills through speaking with the owner about server related topics while staffing. I ended up resigning due to losing interest, and the inability to be active at the time.

Around a year after resigning from ZaneHQ, I applied for a staff position on another small HCF network named SyncPvP. Although I was accepted to the staff team, the server ended up shutting down a few days after so I wasn't able to follow through with the staff position.

Minecraft HCF Network [Summer 2020 - Christmas 2020]

I was the Owner and original founder of HCKingdoms who first started the network. After we released their beta map of HCF, the server started doing very well and got around 100+ players on the release of the first official map. Through my management and ownership, I was able to manage the staff and media teams with ease and ensure that the release ran smoothly. Unfortunately, the server shut down after SOTW of the first official map due to hosting issues and bugs overall.

After HCKingdoms shut down I moved on with my staff experience to a much larger server named SagePvP. During my time as a staff member at SagePvP, I learned how an unprofessional management team works. I also learned how larger HCF servers ran and what it was like to be a part of the staff team on one of them. I was demoted due to some issues between me and the management team, but I learned valuable lessons and improved my skills overall.

How many hours can you put forth towards the server weekly?
On a weekly basis, I can put most of my free time towards managing your server/project. I'm on my phone 24/7 whenever I'm not busy, so I have lots of time that I can put towards your server/project. I'm also still in school, so when school is back in session I'll have less free time.
