Name:faction kits/commands

Description:a command or kit voucher that can be redeemed by a faction leader that then gives everyone in the faction that kit or command these will be purchasable of buycraft or /mobcoins.To redeem the command or voucher you must right click it twice 1st to activate it then the 2nd time to confirm.the faction has a limited amount of commands or kits too recieve to upgrade it they must contact an owner or optionally if you happen to have a factions core you could add it to the f upgrades if you have them
ExtraInfo:has a gui showing what commands the faction have and how many slots are still open you can also take commands and kits off this but the faction will lose them forever

I will just use FactionsFramework
Plugin that allows you to destroy every block in the chunk (except bedrock) using an item. You would select the chunk by hitting any block within it using the tool then by right clicking the block to confirm (make a configurable message that gives an instruction to rithr click to confirm), then the chunk is gone. (Make sure it also removes water and lava sources). Add uses for it. (20 uses - when there are no uses left, make it run a configurable message in chat) when it successfully removes a chunk, make a configurable message run. Also please make the tool configurable.
Permissions:
A permission that allows someone to give a person the tool with a certain amount of uses
(Ex. /Delchunk (player name) (uses)

As a function, yes. But there would be messages, there would be uses, and it would be configurable.

Pardon the format. I just thought that this format would allow me to get more of my ideas across.
ChatFilter
Allow users to see only the chat they want to see. Players are able to choose whether to receive global chat and swear words.
Commands:
/cfilter swear on - Replaces all swear words with cleaner alternatives.
/cfilter swear off - Turns off the swear filter.
/cfilter global on - Mutes global chat.
/cfilter global off - Turns off the global filter.
/cfilter info <player> - Tells you the settings of the player's swear and global filter.
Permissions:
Permissions are not needed as anyone will be able to use these commands.
Additional Information:
-I am running a 1.12.2 server with EssentialsXChat and can install ProtocolLib if needed.
-I would like a config file for the swear words as well as the alternative for each swear word.
-I would like the swear filter to skip replacing words that are part of another word. i.e., Don't change "grass".
-I would like it so if you hit tab after typing /cfilter, it will not scroll through typing the names of online players, but rather scroll through the possible arguments for the command.
I had someone else try to make this for me a while ago, and he got pretty close, but gave up with the plugin still having a lot of things wrong with it. I can send you the plugin he made if that can make it easier for you to learn or if you would like to work off of his plugin.
