Free Minecraft Server Hosting: Is It Worth It?​

I've noticed that many people looking for free web hosting also want to host a Minecraft server without spending money. While free Minecraft hosting can be a great way to play with friends and learn server management, it often comes with limitations like restricted RAM, player slots, and performance.

Interestingly, some users combine free hosting providers like GoogieHost with their Minecraft setup. They use the hosting account to create a website, community forum, server rules page, or voting system while running the actual Minecraft server on a dedicated game hosting platform.

Has anyone here tried free Minecraft server hosting? Which provider are you using, and how has your experience been so far?

I think its a bit late, but I'll answer anyways. Around and a year ago I was using free hosting to develop my plugins and things, ofc its a great experience if you are with 2/3 friends, but itsnt great when it reaches +5 players GENERALLY.
Some hostings (free) offer an AFK system to improve your RAM, disk, cpu or slots and this makes the experience more "wonderful", but still limited..
However, if you are developing something great, pay for a decent hosting, I prefer a VPS.
