a minecraft server logo isn't done in 5 minutes, you know?
It usually takes a few hours or even days to design one.
You won't get one for free most likely unless its super low quality.

Work for offering a service, as if you are trying to get a professional logo, you won't get it for free.

Just go with a free editing program and try to make yourself a logo if you are unable to pay for any.
