You are completely right. I state this so i have no liability in this transaction. I am willing to negotiate any of the terms i mention above and don't plan on taking anything. I already have this server setup and ready to run. I just don't have the time to own and operate it. I added a disclaimer to my op to satisfy anyone else.

i am able to use any builds or anything else on the server, retain 60% of profits (remember free hosting), and the right to take it down at any moment for any reason. All that is free includes Logos, animated banner, Server logos, custom plugins, bought plugins from spigot, 2 1/2 years of server experience and hosting. Here are some of the images

This has to be the most stupid idear / post ever created on this forums, no legit server owner or builder will go for this shady as deal.. you might catch some one with a planetminecraft server download that would love to join you and would not give 2 S*** what you take from his server
