I suggest joining a Minecraft Roleplay team if you're going to make skins for free. If you want to make money or rep from minecraft skins you should do HD Skins, but even then you'd be getting a £0.01 - £2

That being said, however, it does say specific rep. Personally, I'd just ask for vouches rather than rep at all smokesjfx. Better safe.
