If you're looking for protein shakes - I'd suggest Gold Standard Whey. For fast recovery, look into BCAA pills. If you always feel like you have no energy, a pre-workout perhaps (this gets your heart racing, drinkable cocaine) Kaged Muscle Pre-Kaged (this also cointains BCAA so it's a 2 for 1).

I do take Creatine, specifically ON Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure) 5g daily. Just get a reminder on your phone to take it at night, that's what I do

Ah, for me, I would always forget or be too lazy to make a shake daily.
That's when I found creatine pills. I don't know if you've ever tried them, but they so simple and smart.
I've literally never missed a day since I bought them.
