I am open as an experienced Minecraft server Manager. I check applications every day twice. I check ban appeals and deal with hackers, cheaters etc. Organizing staff meetings, updates and resets. WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE ME
I am here to support people's servers. I am a free Manager and I am very active. I have one of the most unique experiences you would get when it comes to a Minecraft server Manager. 1. I am Active and check threads, information and help Players/Staff daily. 2. I have a good reputation on many websites and play Minecraft since 5 years. And have started my Managing experience 1 and a half years ago. 3. I am experienced when it comes to representing a team and writing persuasive essays to make people believe in my claim (this also includes announcements on discord). 4. To become a staff member of my team is not very easy allowing only the most experienced and knowledgeable active Members of a server.
MY EXPERIENCES
I have started off about 2 years ago gaining experience of how the Helper, Mod, Admin and Community managing team works. I have worked my way up to the point where I am here as a free Manager. I have been a Helper on ZoneMC. I have been a Manager on CyberCraft. An Owner on my server (never released to public). I am reliable and keep promises. As of all these experiences that is not all. I also have great experience with Configuring plugins such as FeatherBoard, Essentials, KitBattle, AutoBroadcast and using pEX, GroupManager and LuckyPerms. This allows an essential set of skills to promoting, demoting and putting people on trial for staff.
HOW I HIRE STAFF
1. The Applicant needs to have written a detailed/descriptive essay about why he wants staff and how he would be mature and be better than other applicants. This means that you cannot just lie since I do background research on your player info and your other applications.
2. I accept or deny your application depending on the detail and precision. I do not prefer detailed applications over long applications. Just because your application is long does not mean it is detailed.
3. I ask the rest of the staff team what they would think of the player and how they would act and their reputation overall around the server community.
4. Get together in an executive interview with all admins and me (the manager) and discussing (going over) the applicants application. He will be asked to read it to us and ask why the person was exactly interested and if he does not understand things to please bring them up. I am trying to avoid any misconceptions.
