This has been tested against SaberFactions, so it should work with any FactionsUUID fork.
If you own any faction server, you need this.
How would you implement this?
1) If you have CrazyEnchantments, create a custom enchantment, with the name as "Destroyer" or whatever is in config, make sure it has no effects when applied to a pickaxe.
2) DeluxeMenus or ShopGUIPlus
3) Be creative.
