Overview:
Commons is a plugin designed to stop developers from coding "custom" essentials plugins. This is also to give people a free half decent solution which is regularly monitored and worked on. Another thing is if your wanting a command added or a feature comment the feature and it will be added and like i said before this is not by any means a amazing plugin but it does the job!

Hmmm, you never stated that... now it definitely seems like that... Anywho, you've been exposed for skidding, and regardless of the person you claim to so be, you were caught skidding, and lied/denied the fact that you did until you got busted. How would you make a bungee staff utils in a bukkit plugin?
Why would you have a custom scoreboard and tab in a Basic/Core plugin? Why would you have to use MySQL, or even better of a question why MongoDB? Why do you have to restart it?

2. To make it more use, of course it would be configurable to whether you want it or not.
3. A lot of people including myself prefer to use databases as storage therefore I try to add as many database options as possible

I don't think you understand, there is almost no reason for you to need to be storing data in a Basic/Core plugin. And if you are storing data, why do you need MongoDB and MySQL? Why do you need a tab in a Basic/Core plugin? This is an Essentials plugin, what would the scoreboard be displaying that is relatively important? If your PC keeps breaking maybe try buying Github Developer and making your repos private and pushing them to there every time you make a big update (I'm sure there is a tutorial on youtube if you need one) so that your code is always saved.

I don't really understand supporting multiple databases unless the plugin is up for retail, or just for bragging/bonus points. I did this for my Factions plugin, but it was only for show.

Using a database doesn't give you bragging rights for anything. If your going to use a database your using it because you need it not because you want to show off your "skills".

supporting "too many" dbs or an absurd amount is unrealistic and pretty much useless, as long as you are supporting the most efficient one for what you are using it for, it's just a waste of time to do it, but it's something you can just say "my plugin supports x amount of dbs", but this kid is absolutely bsing, he probably hasn't written a single plugin alone by himself, much less even using objects in general
