Basic Description - Hello, I am a bit new to MCMarket if I am being honest although my skills of being a manager are not. I have and still work with streamers to create servers based on their viewers interests. I have worked on many different jobs as a staff member although my favorite will come to Staff Management. I would love to work on the server and help others as much as I can since I am very experienced with many permission plugins, server managing plugins, and essential plugins. I will not only work on the staff team but I will work with developers to keep the server maintained. I am not a very easy to get by manager, I am very strict and I will not allow staff to be lazy. Being a staff member is a privilege that many people want, and few receive. Experience - I have worked on many servers that have seem to slowly died off. I am currently in search of a solid server similar to Hypixel in the way that a constant playercount can be reached. I am currently working with a small streamer group by the name of "The Elementals", including Grubzie, PandaPlayzHD, YaBoyJt, AcidicBlitzz, DatOwl, ImSnipper, Dqddy_Aj, iFnatic, DfieldMark, and many other streamers. I am currently moderating for ImSnipper.
Servers - Battlecraft (Moderator), Ace Caligo (Assistant Manager) , GrubMc (Helper/Moderator) (Still Active), Synergy Network (Manager/Staff Manager), Lucky Islands (Owner),
Craft (Owner), DraconicMC (Moderator).
Server/Staff Requirements -
- Player Count/Discord Count : 100+
- Non-Toxic/Easy Going Community. Although I can handle a toxic community, it is preferred that I am placed into a calm community.
- Servers already paid for and ready to work/are worked on.
- Staff prepped and ready to work with me. What does this mean? I have worked with staff teams that don't really get along, they feel as if they need to interject into my job and take it away from me. I do not enjoy this and I will leave that server. I want the staff to work with me, not against me.
