First, of all 3 cents is nothing hence the reason why nobody has done it. At McM, the amount of money going back and forth makes your 3 cents look petty. Second, asking for ratings is a major rulebreaker here. Third, nobody will give you a vouch for literally doing nothing.

Be active on the forums, that will get you a good rep. And as for vouches, you actually have to offer something before asking for them.
