Free plugin development for vouches.

I'd like to do free plugins for vouches, since my ban resetted everything.

The plugin must be of a small size. Use common sense, if not, you'll be on my personal shit-list(you'll never be able to get a vouch copy from me)

I'd like high-repped or medium-repped players to do so.

I'm not sure if that's a small plugin.. however, I'll make an exception since you seem to be desperate(not meant to offend you lol)

It will take a little while though, so hang in there.

What do I have to hook it with? PermissionsEX? GroupManager? bPermissions? zPermissions? what? or is it just a permission node?

Why would I make you a plugin? You don't profit me in any way, and are probably to be banned in a few days for ban-evading.

Simply put: I'll give a plugin to anyone I find worth my time.
