What you're wanting accomplished:
A lightweight core for essential commands, good for donators and giveaways

Commands:
/nightvision and /nv (gives unlimited nightvision)
/cobble (disable cobble pickup)
/endstone (disable endstone pickup)
/netherrack (disable netherrack pickup)
/strength (gives strength 2 for 10 minutes (30min cooldown)
/speed (gives speed 2 for 10 minutes (30min cooldown)

I honestly don't care, but if you don't want to name it, I guess MoneyXP would do.

1.12.x
What you're wanting accomplished:
Literaly just a vault economy plugin that uses xp as the currency. (I guess the bar can be cents and the number above can be dollars?)
Commands:
None needed, but if you want to, a /offer command. "/offer [player] [price]" could offer a player the item in your hand for the entered price. You could than just do "/offer [accept/decline]". Please don't add this if you don't want to, I don't need it.
Extra Information:
I just want to use this for a sign shop on a private server for me and my friends, but you could publish the plugin it if you want.
