free plugins! 3/3 Copies

Hello guys, this is Payless here and i am willing to make 3 people free plugins but it must be a small plugin if i dont respond it's because of copies are done or too big of a plugin.

This plugin will make it so flowing lava and lava source blow up upon explosion of tnt
the flowing lava will remain blown up and will not fall back down after tnt explodes it

Customizable /request (alias of /helpop) and /report
Also make a config where you can change the messages. (Make things like the messages, and arguement errors customizable)

Placeholders:
%player% - Used for both Report and Helpop
%target% - Used for Report
%reason% - Used for both Report and Helpop

Make it where there is a text in the footer of the REPORT called Click to Teleport, when clicked it teleports you to the person reporting

Permissions:
Report and Request - Give everyone Permission
report.staff - Give Staff Permission to See Requests/Reports
