Describe what it does:
This plugin will give every player with the prefix of [0] when they log into the server. I would like it so my staff members could do a simple command to rank up players based on their building skills and assets. I would like it so it goes to [0] [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Commands and Permissions:
/wr ( IGN ) ( 1-5 ) > This means 1 through five!
