Free plugins for vouches.

Looking to make some **SMALL** free plugins for vouches. When I say small, i mean SMALL, please use common sense.

I'd like if you could use that format, NO EXCEPTIONS.

These will be posted to github, and will be open source projects so anyone can use them in the future.

Plugin name: StaffChat
Java version(by default this will be 8): 8
Server version: 1.8.8
Plugin description, commands, and info:
staffchat.message (For all commands)
/staffchat, /sc - Toggle staff chat channel for following messages.
/staffchat <msg>, /sc <msg> - Message directly to the staff chat and following messages will go directly to public chat.
Config file to change the staff chat prefix.
