Maybe you could make a plugin that adds an economy to your server. Like you can get certain "jobs" I guess you could say, and depending on what "job" you have, after a certain amount of time you would get paid a certain amount of money. Just an idea, not sure if it already exists or not.

Maybe something like saicopvp /confirm [ If you bought something in the store it will be in /confirm example a rank or items and if you do /confirm there is a slot where you can click and execute the command and give you items so you have not the issue from your inventory is full etc.]
