Uh, could you possibly add more information to the plugin you want? is it like random size? is there a prize or something.
I can certainly try and look into creating a plugin like that, but it wouldn't be that big as it's for a vouch.

Are you able to code anything in Java, or are you just focused on MC plugins?

It'd depend on what the person wants.
I can code in MC, or stuff in Java, i'd just need to know, this is also a plugin thread.
