Hi, I'm wanting to do free portal pages for people for me to learn more stuff about web development and for a vouch I also want to see what other people like in stuff and what they would like to see me do

All a portal does is redirect you to different web locations.

Your last paragraph makes no sense and the fact that you edited a background image doesn't show anything! if you want to show you are able to make portal pages i advise you simply make your own as they are extremely easy to make

If you read I said I remade the whole web page the code is different and was remade by me the change was for me to remake that portal but with my code and make it the same.
