I am looking to get a thread design for this soon, but for now, I would like to announce that I am going to start managing servers for free and build some reputation. I have gained many experiences being staff on servers. These are the servers I have been staff/worked. (In order)
EXPERIENCE:
KeiNett: Helper - Trial mod #1
Well, this is where my journey began. I do not have proof of this, unfortunately, as I was quite a noob back then, but this helped me pursue what I have always wanted to do, help players on a server, whether it be telling them the basic commands or banning/muting them accordingly to make sure the server stands strong.
FadeCloud Network: Helper #2
I was staff on here for quite a short amount of time. For some reason, because I played with the rules, the players hated me. I am not entirely sure why, but it was probably because of me being very strict with them, and I followed the staff guide accordingly. The owner 'DaddyMew' was reported to do some scam/fraudulent activities, so I had resigned from this server. I do not have a screenshot for proof, but I can check on the forums, any evidence of this.

So this one is quite confusing, it all started a while back when I and the current owner, who still owns it (Nupa), played together and had created a faction on FadeCloud and had become good friends. However, as mentioned above I resigned from FadeCloud and stopped playing it. I was still in contact with Nupa, and they told me about their server 'ZoneMC' (Royalcraft back then), and I said sure, I'll play, so a few weeks into map 1, I applied for staff and was accepted and interviewed. This was probably my best staff experience, as I had been staff on this server for a few maps and recently, last month, there was a staff demotion wave, as there is every map. I thought I have been staff here for quite a while and I might just resign and move on. (I am sorry I went into the deepest of each detail)

My server, finally. I had been looking to become a server owner forever, and this time, it was successful and throughout owning this server, I had gained the most experience ever, and I still currently own it now, however, this won't affect anything. I learned everything; how to deal with staff management, community management, advertisement. I had already known and understood GroupManager/Pex /Litebans etc. at this point as I had played factions/skyblock etc for around 3 - 5 years now and it was getting to the point where I could not possibly fit any more knowledge of these game modes into my brain.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ME OVER ANY OTHER MANAGER?
Well, you might be thinking, well what makes you different? Well, there are many reasons, I have a very large understanding of the community of most game modes.
I understand what I am doing, and I am usually always available, this helps the player and makes them want to come back and continue playing the server, as they know effort and dedication are being put into it.
I am very professional when creating threads on forums such as McMarket, .org etc. This will catch the eye of many players looking for a new server to play.
When I am asked to do something, I will try my hardest to get it done, with a high amount of effort put into it.
I know the basics of Skript, a plugin that allows the user to write 'plugins' in plain English sentences. This will allow me to make a script if needed. (Alternative of Java, but easier and not as good)
As I have owned a successful server in the past, I know how to fix most bugs that the server may have.
I have many contacts on discord. (Official Faction Discords, etc) This may help to get Factions that are competitive to play the server, and usually, they invite their whole faction into it.
