Good day,
Im the new builder since last week ( and only builder for now, so please bear with me for the extended time frames)
Hopefully everybody who recieved this or last week a vouch copy enjoyed it as I had a blast making them! Also thank you for my first paying customers to put your trust in me!

The old team had some internal struggles going on, and somehow my friend Jake Peralta was the only one left. so I decided to step in and help her out. Im by no means a Professional builder but have been involved with minecraft pretty much since the Alpha days. I only became recently a member here on MCM because I needed some resources and manpower for my Experimental Skyblock. Unfortunatly things are going slowly lately due to the amount of custom stuff I have outsourced. so I may as well step in the glorious world of building, I have alot of fun doing it and thats what I enjoy doing the most in MC.

If you are interested, Here is also a Little sneak peek of my portfolio. Im still gathering all my source material and will be updating this as soon as more buildings start to roll out.

Speed/Efficiency: 8/10
- Not entirely Zub_sero's fault however there was a misunderstanding that led to some delays in the completion of the vouch copy build I had requested for. It would seem that Jake Peralta is most at fault for the misunderstanding that my vouch copy was not a paid order and that caused a delay anyways, that was resolved fairly quickly.

Quality: 10/10
- The build by far is amazing, truly astonishing even though interior was left out, but I guess beggars cant be choosers. Not trying to say I begged for this build, but Zub_sero and Jake Peralta 's efforts in making the build should not go unnoticed. It is however evident that Zub_sero seems to have taken the heavy workload in completing this, but I'm here to vouch not to leave any questioning comments that would point to fingers otherwise.

Cooperation/Professionalism: 9/10
- Zub_sero has been very responsive over skype and very updating. Has filled me in on every mishap/detail that led to the delay of the build. Jake Peralta on the other hand I would honestly have to say I encountered more hostility, then again both of them did a good job of maintaining contact and I am satisfied with the build.

I am satisfied to say that this build team has earned this vouch with all their hard efforts. I will not be removing my previous devouch to leave some credible source that this indeed is their 2nd chance that they have proven that they have changed and will provide a HQ service.
