Hello! So I am a Manager looking for a server to of course Manage. I have just recently left College and going into University in September this year. Of course I'd rather not post all my information on this forum so if you'd like to know more you can add my discord.

I have 3+ years experience with Management/Ownership.
(Took a long break in 2017)

What I can offer
Well, for your server I can configure plugins for you, manage the staff and manage the community. I am able to work with Twitter (posting stuff & tweets). I have excellent experience with Staff Management and Discord Management. I am no Java Developer so I won't be able to develop bots but I can revamp your discord and make it look more appealing. Of course I don't want to give everything away here but I have great ideas for staff rules, documents and meetings.

Currently I am willing to work for free in return of vouches/reps on here.

At the moment I don't have any vouches/reps really because I have only just decided to do this professionally, that is why I will work on your server for free. Completely free. In return I receive rep and vouches from you so that I can expand in the future.

I'm not trying to shitpost here. But sadly. you can't vouch for yourself having "5 Years of experience" when I put on my resume I have 2 Years in cloud networking I have to prove it by showing my past work/certifications etc.

I'm sorry man but if I was you I would make your resume much more detailed and show your "Real length" which seems to be around 6 months as showing on there.

Not trying to trash your thread, but if you want to be taken seriously, then prove your claims. So far, we're missing out on 4½ years of your experience. If you don't have actual definitive proof, then at the very least tell us what you did for the last 5 years in great details, not just *5+ years of management* and *5+ years of development*

Hope you don't see this as me shitting on you, but I assure you if you can take these criticisms well and explain your experiences properly, you'll get far in your ventures :tup:
