CyanidePvP is most recent server I was a manager on I started

Off as a Helper > Mod > Sr.Mod > Operations-Manager > Manager > Resigned

Cyanide Was A kindoms server (like factions) but with bending. I was with cyanide for a few months.

Player base: 40+


HistoricalPvP

I owned HistoricalPvP, It was a factions/prison network.

It was up for around 3 months $50+ profit

Player base: 10+


CrystalPvP

CrystalPvP was a kitpvp server I was a

Helper > Mod > Head-Mod > Resigned

Player base: 20+


VegaFactions

Vega Was my second staffing experience It lasted for a few months my ranks were

Had-Admin > Staff-Manager > Co-Owner > Helper > Resigned

Player base: 30+​

Do you charge? I usually don't but if I feel I have done a lot and I deserve a pay I will ask. I AM OKAY WITH A NO



Can you pay for some things? No, I am a manager not a owner/co-owner


What do you offer?

Operations: I will do background stuff such as add plugins, config.yml’s ect

System: Monitor Console

Staff: I will hire, promote and demote staff. But I will consult with the owner first

Community: make sure everyone is having the best time they can! Making the server a better place

Forums: I would set up forums and monitor there

Don't mean to shit post or anything but how can you be a manager when you're 13. That means you're in like 7th to 8th grade I think and you definitely have not had a real job. For these lower player count servers I guess its ok, but based on what you defined what you can do, you don't really know what a Manager is.
