Pretty much, gfuel gives out sub codes for tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 subs to their twitch.
Since I am a tier1 sub I got the ability to redeem a free shaker cup. All I do is provide them with YOUR choice of the gfuel shaker cup you want (must be available to buy onsite) and they email me back an invoice with the free shaker cup. I add your shipping information and all you have to do is *pay shipping. I cannot cover this. (Already paid for the subscription and the shaker cups value is $9.99)
Not sure how much shipping costs to your country**, but if you go to their site and just put something in your cart and it will provide shipping cost to wherever you live. IF YOU CANNOT PAY FOR SHIPPING DO NOT ENTER***
