Free small plugins

If anyone needs a simple plugin (a command with a event or something) ask it! Im doing it for free since I'm pretty new on here.

EDIT: I'm not coding plugins for free anymore.

I would like to request a plugin. I would like it to have /Staff and it will list all the staff. A config would be nice to chance it/add more staff to it. Also, another thing that has /Website and it will give the player a link to the site.

Has this been done yet? I have allready developed a plugin for /website. /Staff shouldn't be too hard,

Ok, I'd like a plugin that makes the world brighter like the hack fullbright. (I don't hack, but I used to so I know about that hack) If possible, I'd like to be able to set it to certain regions so that my hub is bright, but you'd still need torches for mining. Thank you for doing this!

Thats hard, Either invisible light sources or night vision for everyone.

Then its still not a small plugin, if this is what you mean: You can create arena's, when you are in one of them, you get night vision, of you walk out a arena, you'll lose it.

Or loads of glowstone/torches, or since its a hub, always day? Hmmm.

Sure, I guess NV would work. Could you make it so that the particles don't show up and it doesn't work in the water?

The NV? Witch one? I came with multiple NV thingys. The fullbright is client-inside. There is no way to stop it. What I could do is when someone breaks a block, check the light level. When its 0 send a message to all the online staff members: "... could use fullbright!". With a cooldown so you don't get spammed when someone has eff. 5
This could be annoying since you don't see 0% when the light level is 0. Sorry for my bad grammar, I writed this really fast on my mobile.

Thanks! I actually am not trying to stop the fullbright hack, I am trying to make a plugin that does what the fullbright hack does(for certain regions.) When I said NV, I meant make it so all of the players have NV in certain areas but without the particles showing up. Thank you!

There are many servers that can do swiftness potions, and they somehow hide the particles of it... I'm just asking for the same thing as that with NV instead of swiftness.

I don't think this plugin is gonna be small.
