Introduction
I'll get right into it: my name is Evan, I am 16, and I am an aspiring Staff Member of all roles and many gamemodes. I have acquired over three years over experience, and I am looking specifically to build a positive, quality reputation while offering free staff services to any servers in need in hopes of offering higher quality, free services in the future.
Why Free?
I understand that reputation is a key factor in choosing a staff member, especially given this method. I hope to, in the future, offer free and higher-level services to servers, but in order to do that, I'll need an outstanding reputation with the community and quite a bit of experience to go along with it. Because of this, I am offering a charge and demand free service, in which I hope to serve to the best of an employer's needs.
CV/Resume
What I lack of in reputation, I believe I make up for in experience. I am by no means immediately fit for just any server, however, I am fit to handle playerbases of up to 200 with ease and manage myself in a calm and independent manner at all times. That being said, my CV and contact are below!

Past Moderation and Administration Experience
- An assortment of small servers, ranging from 20-30 players average. I was responsible for the management and upkeep of staff teams, as well as software diagnostics and upkeep.
- A Network by the name of Arctic Yeti; average of 30 players. Acting Administrator at the time, responsible for plugin and software diagnosis and repair as well as partially involved in the management of the staff; this included the oversight of Moderation teams and their guidelines.
- Flame Network, which has recently gone down. In my time as staff, it’s averages reached up to 100 players, and in it’s absolute prime, it was capable of peaking over 500. I began as a Helper and worked my way up to Administrator, performing tasks similar to those above. Software/Plugin diagnostics and upkeep, staff team oversight, moderation team guidelines, enforcement of rules, acting as a head of the moderation team, and more. My most valuable experience comes from this project, as I spent four months in Moderation roles, including two months as a Global Moderator, in which I actively participated in the moderation of seven total servers, each averaging around twenty players daily. I would later become Administrator, and after that, Senior Administrator of the Bending gamemode. This was their most popular, averaging 50 players, and I was responsible for the management of the gamemode as well as the oversight of the bending plugin configuration files and Bending staff. In January, I received yet another promotion, this time to Staff Manager, in which position I oversaw and evaluated the staff team, ban.mute appeals, and staff applications primarily. I was additionally responsible for the interviewing of staff candidates.
*I do not expect to be hired easily by any means, however anyone interested can contact me at any time via Discord to discuss further: luciomain_#8107. Thanks!
