A warzone ore generation plugin. The intended server version would be 1.13.2. a Edit mode so when you place a ore block down it is added to the list of "ore regens" so once mined it will go on cool down then respawn as a different ore.

Since there's a lot of these "Server Essential" plugins going around, might as well make one since they are pretty neat and useful in my opinion, call it whatever you want, in my eyes, it'd be a mimic of Nucleus, Zoot, etc.
Intended version: 1.7.X-1.8.X Spigot
Description: The essentials for any network, this includes, staffmode (Upon entering, it will create a scoreboard with all the info such as vanish, chatmode, tps, etc. Maybe add an API for this so people can implement into stuff like HCF scoreboard, etc.), staffchat, ranks (Custom prefixes & weight stuff included), permission system (Configurable like Pex), punishments (Bans, tempbans, ipbans, mutes, tempmutes, blacklists, etc.), and punishment history. Data stored with MongoDB/MySQL (Or choose whatever one you want), and synchronized with Redis.
I'll edit more features in when I can think of them, this is a really big project so I don't expect you to do it.

How about a referral system.
Whenever a new user joins the server, they can do
/referral (playername)
and the player who referred them receives a random reward.
You'd also have to create the /referral command, which says how many people they've referred, and who they were referred by, as well as the list of commands for the plugin.
If you make this, I'd gladly take it off of you
