I am looking to work for a hosting company, however I have no prior experience with a company support service (only have done Minecraft server support)

I can send over a resume if anyone would like, but I would love to work without being paid so that I can gain experience. If anyone is interested please let me know

I've also noticed you've posted another thread that's a big no pal if a company looks at this it'll turn them away instantly. I'm also suggesting you don't require pay or commission can also look bad in-terms of you've got nothing to lose but they have. I'm also going to suggest you add your skills and why they should hire you man you really need to sell yourself - otherwise you don't stand a chance of getting a career. However please don't take this the wrong way but I wish you all the best in finding a career.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I will keep that in mind as well as list my experience. I posted 2 threads so I could get traffic on both sections. But thank you so much for the advice, and I am trying to work free and not commission so that I can gain experience and get a career. Thank you!
